On Tuesday, Feb. 10, the JV boys basketball team lost 57-51 to rival Zumwalt West.
The Knights were anchored by a solid performance from sophomore Clint Toedtamann who scored 15 points, but it was just not enough as the Jaguars pulled away.
“We just didn’t come out strong,” sophomore Larry Edwards said.
Edwards added seven points of his own, but he commented that they need to play better as a team to continue on in the tournament.
With the loss, the Knights record stands at 14-6 as they take on Troy in the GAC tournament on Wednesday, Feb. 11.
