Boys Varsity basketball takes on Timberland in first Conference game

On Jan. 6, the Howell North Knights took on the Timberland Wolves. This game took place at Timberland at 7:00 pm.

At halftime, the Knights were on top and went into the second half with confidence.

“We came out fired up and ready to play,” Blake Shambro said. “We knew it was a big conference game so that motivated us.”

The Knights came out victorious with a winning score of 65-49.

“It was our first conference game, so it’s really important for placement and rankings,” Andrew Raguini said. “The game was good, the team showed chemistry and desire on defense during the second half which basically won the game.”

North will be taking on Warrenton next, on Wednesday at 7:00 pm and the game will be at home. So, come out and support your fellow Knights!
