Francis Howell High school hosted a trimeet on Jan 14. The Vikings, Knights and Timberland Wolves meet to compete in 11 events. The Knights came in third with the Wolves taking second and Howell in first. North junior Dominique Meyer took first in diving.
“We did pretty good, especially since we’re so much smaller than the other schools.” Junior Kristina Forst said.
The Lady Knights compete at the YMCA on Jan 16. Forst has high hopes for the rest of the season.
“Now that we’re back in school and since winter break is over were getting back to practice.” Forst said. “I feel like we’re going to end strong.” (photos by ashleigh jenkins and jenna rodriguez)
