This season, 10 players from the Francis Howell North Track team are going to compete against other schools at State. The FHN Track students who will be participating are: Dominique

Meyer, Ariel Kirkpatrick, Andrew Cline, Alex Bishop, Hannah Fetsch, Brenda Alvarado, Jillian Fields, Annie Russell, Trey Petitt, Jessie Define, Samantha Alexander, and Andrew Scherff. State takes place in Jefferson City on May 30-31.

“I’m really excited to go to state because it’s my first time going to State for anything,” senior Andrew Cline said. “Also the fact that I did this on my own is pretty cool too.”

Jillian Fields, Ariel Kirkpatrick, Brenda Alvarado, Hannah Fetsch, Samantha Alexander, and Jessica DeFine will compete in the 4 x 800m Relay. Dominique Meyer, Andrew Scherff, and Andrew Cline will participate in the pole vault. Troy Petitt and Annie Russell will participate in Shot Put. Alex Bishop will be competing in the 400m Run. The track team has high expectations this year, and plan to perform their best at State.
