Pumpkin Glow [Photo Story]

A family relaxes on the porch of the Tintypery. The Tintypery took 5 x 7 photos of individuals, if they were wearing a costume, for five dollars. The Tintypery specializes in old time photography, and provides authentic costumes and props from the 1860’s through the 1920’s.

Main Street St. Charles hosted the first Pumpkin Glow on Friday October 23, and Saturday October 24. Many stores stayed up open until 8 p.m., rather than their normal closing time at 5 p.m. Many stores gave out samples, treats, or demonstrations of their products. Many individuals wore their Halloween costumes, while walking through Main Street.
