Last week senior varsity girls basketball player Austine Pauley sat down for an interview to discuss the young season.

Q: What sport do you play?

A: Varsity Girls Basketball

Q: What position do you play?

A: Point Guard and Shooting guard

Q: How long have you played ?

I’ve been playing since fourth grade

Q: What do you enjoy most about?

I like that compared to softball you’re always moving and doing something.

Q: What do you think is your biggest strength and weakness?

A: My strength is that I’m a leader. My weakness is that if I mess up my attitude changes and it affects my teammates.

Q: How do you think the leaders are preparing the team?

A:We’re all pushing each other to be more competitive.

Q: How far do you think this team will go this year?

A:I think we’ll go pretty far as long as we put our minds to it and work together.

Q: What is your personal goal?

I want to communicate better with my teammates on the court.
