All-Knighter 2012

2012 All Knighter Information

The All Knighter is a huge celebration with lots of entertainment and activities, gifts for all the seniors…with something for everyone. Having said that – we need LOTS OF HELP to make this event a huge success. This is a great way to be involved in your child’s senior year!!

Below are the ways you can become involved.

The Meeting for the class of 2013 All-Knighter will be Monday, April 16^th at 7:30.

 

Upcoming Events

Our next out to dinner fund raiser is at Texas Roadhouse April 11. 1300 Bass Pro Drive, St. Charles, MO 63301 Please present the attached flyer so that we will get credit.  Flyer valid for dine in or carry out.

 

Thanks to all who contributed and made our 2^nd Annual Book Fair and Bake Sale a success.

 

Donations

We welcome donations!! Do you know someone who would like to make a donation to the All-Knighter?  Attached is a tax receipt for donations.

Registration

For those who have already registered, Thank you very much! For the Seniors who haven’t registered yet, please register as soon as possible to enable us to plan better. Just fill out the attached registration form and turn in at the office with your fee. If you need to know how much you owe, please contact emilyl.weaver@gmail.com

Snack Table

***We need help with the snack table. This is our largest source of income. We need people to fill in on the days when an organization isn’t working the table. Even if you can only do once or twice a month that would still help. Please email us asap if you can help.

 

Volunteers to work the All-Knighter

We need your help to make the 2012 All Knighter Party a safe and fun event for our graduates.  Approximately 120 volunteers are needed to work the night of the party (Saturday, June 2) and MANY hands are needed to help decorate during the week of May 29 – June 2. (decorating times are very, very flexible).  You can indicate your willingness to help decorate on the registration form attached, e-mail kelleyhurrell@yahoo.com or call 314 239-3716 (cell) for more information.

There will be training for the casino volunteers on Thursday May 31^st.  Time not yet determined.

Scholarships

Scholarships for the All-Knighter are available.  For information, check in the Guidance office.
