English teacher, Tonishia Moore walks through her brand new classroom door.
She looks to her left, sees a couple dozen desks and to her right and sees her new smart board, the whole time not exactly knowing what to expect. Constantly thinking how is this week first week teaching here at North going to be?
“The first week was a chaotic pleasure!” Moore, English teacher said. “Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I didn’t know where to start.”
Moore is pretty new to the teaching system. Her students consist of generally sophomores and freshmen enrolled in English I and II.
“The students have been well behaved and active members participating with enthusiasm,” Moore said. “They have different personalities and bring something new to the table.”
