Homecoming court enjoys nomination

The tension was building as the whole homecoming court was lined up together on the football field at half time. Nobody was sure who was going to win. But when seniors Tyler Bolte and Jordan Klackner were announced king and queen most thought it was only fair that the upperclassmen had a shot at winning before their graduation.

Most of the court was not too disappointed about not winning king and queen.

“I was just excited to be on homecoming court in the first place,” said freshman, Ariel Jenson.

The court got to do more than just walk the football field on Friday night at the homecoming game though. They also made appearances on their very own float in the homecoming parade and on the Vegas themed stage at the actual homecoming dance.

“It was really fun to get all dressed up for the three different events,” said Jenson
