Saturday, Nov. 22, the wrestling team will meet like they do every Saturday.  However, this week, they won’t be in the practice room working on their moves.  They will be at the University of Missouri-Columbia

, watching the fourth-ranked wrestling team in the nation.

“Well, I always want the guys to see an upper level of wrestling and it’s a chance to do something with the team out of the practice room,” head coach Harold Ritchie said.  “It’s a little bit of team bonding and I want them to see what I hope some of them are shooting for, and to see what’s after high school.”

With about 35 of the team’s wrestlers attending, the trip is looking to be enjoyable.

“It’s going to be fun to see college wrestling at its best,” junior Jeff Shell said.  “We will be looking at the new moves and how they work, but we will also be hanging out with each other and coming together as a team.”

The team will be looking to use these moves against Wentzville in their season-opening match on Dec. 3 at 6 p.m.
