This weekend I spent my Sat. afternoon at the movies watching the Disney animated movie “Bolt”. This movie is about a dog named Bolt, voiced by John Travolta, who spent his whole life on
the set of an action movie and then is suddenly lost out in the real world. It sounds like a story that’s been completely overused, but Disney managed to keep it fresh.
This is a great movie for the family, whether you are a little kid or an adult. For the kids, it is just another great-animated movie with fun characters and jokes that they will understand, no matter how young. The adults in the audience may get bored at some points, but will have a better appreciation for the story and some of the jokes that were hidden from their children. The older children and adults in the audience may also pick up on some of the lines or little things in the movie that came from other previous Disney movies.
If you are looking for an easy movie that doesn’t require a lot of thought, or want a movie that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, then this movie is definitely worth the money.
