Event provides lasting memories for performer

This weekend was the ever popular lip syncing competition, better known as Mock Rock. I was so excited on Friday because Student Council decided, last minute of course, that we were going to do an opening number in the show! I had such a fun time being on stage trying to get Caleb Krenning’s attention from 10 other girls (almost falling over in my pink heels), but our performance could never measure up to the others. Thanks to all of the amazing performers for their hard work and all of the audience members for their support. Oh, and congratulations to Nathan Bryant and Andrew Hairlson for ruining every good image I once had of Aladdin and Jasmine. But I guess it was all worth it for winning first place!
