Sheffler warns Cingular customers, beware of their new slider

I have Cingular (AT&T, whatever). Usually, the phones I get from there are really good and last a while. Well, at the beginning of December I decided to get a new phone, Sony Ericsson w580i. I thought it was cool because it was a slide phone and it came in pink, my favorite color.

Within the first two weeks, all the keys cracked on the phone. I talked to other people who had this phone and theirs did the same thing. I called Cingular and get a new one sent to me about two weeks ago. They told me that they had put a new keypad in this phone (it was a refurbished one) so the keys wouldn’t break as easily. I’d gladly show you my phone and show you how all the keys are broken, yet again!

Seriously do not waste your money on this phone. It will break no matter how easy you try to be on it or even if you don’t text that often. Overall, it’s a terrible phone with an even worse keypad.
