Knightline dancers, studs prepare for ritualistic dance

Knightline’s annual Studline dance will be performed this Friday, Feb. 13, at the Varsity Boy’s senior night and next Friday, Feb. 20, at the pep assembly. The Knightline’s seniors, Kelsey Monroe, Lilly Williams, Rachel Dismukes and Heather Morgan will be performing a dance alone at the basketball game also.

There are some things that have changed from the Homecoming Studline to the Blizzard Blackout Guy-Girl.

“Instead of gold paint on our shirts, we will have black shirts with neon paint that each dancer will make for them and their stud for the Blizzard Blackout pep assembly,” Dismukes said.

This is the last Studline dance of the year, and the music is a little bit different this time also.

“There is an 80s song in it this time, but the dance moves pretty much stay the same with the booty moves for the boys,” Dismukes jokes.
