Fashion show brings style to FHN

On March 5 at 7 p.m. FHN held the 2009 Prom Fashion Show. Through out the show, students and parents were able to see some of this year’s designer dresses.

“I think the students being able to see the tuxes and dresses get them excited for prom,” Lori Lutz said.

This year the Junior Class Delegates made some to changes to the show. They had prizes such as nail and hair gift cards and restaurant gift cards. The big prize was two free prom tickets. Also instead of just modeling the dresses, the ladies and men had to dance and answer questions. One of the questions was “what is your best pick-up line?”

“I couldn’t pick a favorite line because all of the guys did a great job,” Lutz said. “All of the lines were really funny.”

All of the models did a good job modeling, but there could only be one winner. Zach Bruno won for the men and Chelsea Grzybinski for the ladies.

“Everyone did a fantastic job, and I’m proud of all them,” Lutz said.

The show this year was different from last year. Students say it was mush better this year. Although this year was a success, there are still things that could have changed.
