This past weekend at the MSHSAA State Band, Choir, and Orchestra competition FHN choirs all came home with overall “I” (Superior) ratings. Here are the scores that each of the individual choirs received:

Chamber Choir (KnightSound): Unanimous “1’s” from all of the judges

Concert Choir: 1   1   2   1 (score from each of the 4 judges)

Treble Choir: 1   1   1   2

We are so pourd of this accomplishment! The students have worked extremely hard for this since January and I know they are all really excited about this honor. Please take a minute to congratulate them if you get a chance.

I would also like to let everyone know that our dinner concert is coming up on April 24th and 25th. The evening will include a catered dinner by Manahttan Catering and entertainment from our talented students in the choir program. There will be solo performances by several of our students, as well as performances from each of the choirs. The cost for tickets is $20.00 and reservation forms will be available later this week. Look for them by e-mail or in your mailbox around Thursday.
