This morning many seniors received the one piece of clothing that tells them their four years of suffering is almost over. All the hard work is finally starting to pay off. They are going to graduate.
“I got mine this morning,” said Megan Hill, with her cap and gown sealed in a clear plastic package sitting on her desk.
Seniors were called down alphabetically to the small gym pick up that famous square black hat and long black gown that they will all get to wear to graduation on June 6.
Many seniors couldn’t resist the temptations and pulled out their caps to quickly try them on.
“It feels exciting because it is the next thing towards graduation,” said Hill smiling with an accomplished look.
