Oktoberfest

On Oct 15 German Club is hosting its own imitation Oktoberfest from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in The Commons.

The German Club is hosting games, attendance prizes, pizza, and a photo booth for all who come. General admission is $3 but is $2 for those in a foreign language club. 14 foreign exchange students from Ludwigsburg, Germany will also be welcomed to FHN during Oktoberfest.

German teacher Anne McPartland, more commonly known as Frau, said, “North students should take advantage of the opportunity to visit with native Germans in our own school.”

Oktoberfest is a festival that allows students from different social circles to meet and hang out together while playing games and eating food.

Frau said, “It is great to have such an event where everyone is welcome to just come, be themselves, and have fun.”
