12 days of FHNtoday.com has officially started

On Dec. 11, FHN Publications is starting a contest in which students can win prizes.

“The contest will go for 12 days,” Julia Gabbert said. “Students will have the to opportunity to donate money; our goal is $300.00”

Publications is teaming up with Adopt-A-Family. The money the students donate will go into needy FHN students’ lunch accounts. The contest will go from Dec. 11 to the last day of first semester.

“I think it will go over really well because the reason we are donating,” Abbey Grone said. “I think people will be more willing to donate knowing the money is going to an organization rather than a club.”

When students donate a dollar, they will receive a raffle ticket and be entered into a drawing for prizes. Everyday, a student will be picked for a prize, even on weekends.

“Places around St. Charles have donated prizes,” Gabbert said. “Some prizes are throughout the school too.”
