Helping Haiti week continues

Thursday Senior National Honor Society held a bake sale to raise money to help with the relief efforts in Haiti. Friday Junior Delegate Officers continued Haiti week by helping out and selling donuts in the commons; they made about $96.

“It is important to help out because it’s a poor country and they need help after the recent earthquake ” Junior Sam Schambach said.

Haiti week will continue this week with; a cookie sale today, Hat Day Tuesday, and Ribbon day Wednesday.

“I think that it’s important (for people to participate in Haiti week) because not only does it get people involved in school it’s also for a good cause.” Junior Christy Maupin said.
