Theater hosts play for young kids

threebullygoatsgriff32710 On April 29 and 30 at 10 a.m., students in Intensified Theater will be directing and performing a play for children to see. The play is called The Three Bully Goats Griff. The play is a good moral story for the kids.

“It gives the little kids exposure to the fine arts and the older kids get experience in front of a live audience,” Intensified Theater teacher Jeff Tandler said.

The kids will be coming to North to see the play from Henderson Elementary, Harvest Ridge Elementary, Central Elementary, and Early Childhood. The kids will range from preschool to 3rd grade.

Rehearsals for the play will begin in the coming week and will continue until the end of April.

“I am excited about stage directing a play for kids,” sophomore stage director Trevin Stephenson said.
