On April 22, students around FHN showed their spirit for Earth day by doing many things like wearing shirts, recycling, and being green.
“I’m in Ecology club so we sold shirts for our Ecology trips,” sophomore Ashley Haywood said.
Ecology club sold four different shirts for students to buy, and many students around the school wore their shirts. The most popular one was the “Don’t be trashy” shirt. Ecology club did all that they could to promote helping our Earth.
“I’m in Ecology club and we went to the Zoo,” junior Amanda Dejarnett said. “I wore an Earth day shirt, and I always recycle.”
