Sulhoff heads to Bahamas

Over the summer break, Alex Sulhoff will be vacationing in the Bahamas. She leaves for the Bahamas on June 14, and will be staying a few weeks. Her aunt recently moved there, so she will be staying with her.

“[I’m most excited about] getting to see my aunt, going somewhere new, and just being in the Bahamas.” Sulhoff said.

Sulhoff isn’t going with her family; she is going with one of her close friends. Some of the activities they will do include going jet skiing, just hanging out at the beach, and swimming. She has also been to the Bahama islands once before.

“I went to the Bahamas once on a cruise when I was about 4 or 5 years old, so I don’t really remember much.” Sulhoff said.

Sulhoff has never been on a vacation without one of her parents before, so this time it will be something different.

“I think it’s okay [that she is going without a parent] since she is going to stay with her aunt, but I wouldn’t let her go by herself.” Dave Sulhoff says, “I think she’s mature but I still wouldn’t want her to go by herself.”
