1. What do you do in your free time?
JR: “I do Polynesian dancing so I practice.”
CU: “I watch a lot of TV and play music.”
2. In your opinion, what is the best movie ever made and why?
JR: “Taken because boys and girls are interested in it.”
CU: “Midnight Meat Train because it is a great horror movie.”
3. What about the best band and why?
JR: “The Beatles because they are classic and can’t get old.”
CU: “Between The Buried and Me because they’re extremely talented musically.”
4. What sport would you not consider a sport and why?
JR: “I’ve heard chess is considered a sport but I don’t see how because you don’t need any physical ability.”
CU: “Cheerleading because it just isn’t a sport.”
5. What is your take on high school relationships?
JR: “It’s a “just for now” kind of thing and it’s not very likely it will go past high school.”
CU: “They are alright as long as I don’t have to watch them fondle each other in he hallway.”
6. What do you think about things such as text messaging and Facebook taking over people’s lives?
JR: “As long as it is in moderation it is okay.”
CU: “I think people should get out and find a hobby.”
7. What is your opinion on allowing school administrators search through student’s personal belongings?
JR: “It is wrong because it is a violation of someones privacy.”
CU: “Without a reason it is a violation of privacy.”
8. What do you think about teachers giving students endless amounts of homework and why?
JR: “Homework is okay but if it is too much don’t expect us to get it done all in one night.”
CU: “It makes it harder to do things outside of school work and it’s hard to have a good social life.”
9. What do you think about the booing that goes on at pep assemblies and why?
JR: “Honestly it’s all in good fun, our freshmen class got booed so it’s a right of passage until you are an upperclassmen.”
CU: “I think it’s pretty hilarious.”
10. What class would you take out of students schedules and why?
JR: “Health because most people don’t really get anything out of it.”
CU: “Health because we do nothing in that class.”
11. Do you think men or women get more attention and why?
JR: “Girls have more attention because because the views on women have changed.”
CU: “Women because they dress skanky.”
12. Do you think men or women have more pressure to look good in today’s society and why?
JR: “Women because society puts pressure on us to be the smallest, skinniest, and have the best clothes.”
CU: “Women because they get judged more by how they look.”
13.Do you think men have an excuse for behaving rudely just because they are “men” and why?
JR: “No because just because they are men doesn’t give them an excuse to act rudely.”
CU: “We aren’t any more rude than women.”
14. Do you think it is okay for men and women to be best friends when one of them has a significant other?
JR: “As long as they know the terms and one of them is in a relationship and they respect that then it’s okay.”
CU: “Yes because they are just friends.”
15. Do you think men are sensitive enough to women’s feelings?
JR: “Some are, but some can be big jerks. They always say “take your Midol” or “is it your time of the month?” if we are in a bad mood.
CU: “Most of the time.”
16. Do you think men feel pressure to always act manly?
JR: “Yes because society builds them up to make sure they act tough and don’t show their sensitive side.”
CU: “No because I know a lot of kids who don’t care about what other people think.”
17. Who do you think drives better, men or women, and why?
JR: “Guys honestly because girls are emotional and we let that effect our driving.”
CU: “Men because who got in an accident before school on April 30th? A woman.”
18. Do you think men should always pay on dates?
JR: Definitely not because they are not made of money and dates can be expensive, I believe in going Dutch and just splitting.”
CU: “Yes to be gentlemen like.”
19. Overall, who do you think has it tougher, men or women?
JR: “Women because we have the pressure of being womanly bu sexy and attractive at the same time.”
CU: “Women because of their monthly gift.”
