Homecoming is just around the corner and students are preparing for the night, but they also had to prepare for the forms. Students are having mixed opinions about the forms.

“I think it’s stupid because what’s the point of it when you don’t have a fine,” said Rebecca McCann. Well guess what? There are no more forms!

Administrators in charge of forms thought it would be an easier, more organized way to gather fines. But a meeting on Thursday to revise the form situation caused questioning and seemed unfair for students who didn’t have fines.

“25% of students have fines and 75% don’t,” said StuCo Advisor Shelly Grimshaw. “So the forms are now settling in a recycling bin or trashcan.”

For the 25% that do have fines, StuCo is planning another way for students to pay thier fines and get still into the dance.

“If you purchase your ticket, you have to pay the fine,” StuCo Advisor Jani Wilkens said. “You will get a receipt, then you can buy your ticket.”
