Procrastinate on procrastination

Why procrastinate? Everyone holds off until the last minute to write an essay or complete the physics assignment, but why? Imagine not having to stay up till 1:30 a.m. on the night of a big test again because you spent the day before watching a ‘That 70’s Show’ marathon. Not only will you be in a bad mood on test day, but imagine how you will feel when you get that fat ‘F’ back from not getting enough sleep the night before. It probably won’t make you feel any bit happy.

Procrastinating daily on homework, office work, or chores makes your life a lot more difficult than it should be. It usually leads to stress and tension, which we all know is not good for our bodies. When we are mentally and physically feeling down, happiness is almost unachievable. Less procrastination equals a better chance of happiness.

So try turning in that work a little early, make good use of your free time, and get your available amount of sleep, because it will make you feel better. Putting an end to procrastination will help put an end to your sorrow. So get that thing you’re thinking about done now.
