On April 4th, cast and crew of High School Musical held a full dress rehearsal in the auditorium to make sure everyone has their lines down before opening night the next day, the 4th. “For the past two and a half weeks we’ve had five hour rehearsals and just seeing everything come together and finally all their hard work paying off”, said Nikita Melton-Singh, a director. Concession food sales were given to senior John Hallemeier to help pay for Speech and Debate nationals. Finally, opening night came. “We were a bit nervous because it was out first time performing in front of other people but I think we really pulled it off”, said junior Kelsey McIlroy, who played Kelsi Nielsen.
