The Knights diving team participated in GACs on Nov 6. The cut off for State was 210 points. Freshman Matt Jewson did not make it to State.
“He did really well,” Diving coach Chip Crow said. “He’s got a ways to, but hes only diving for three months.”
Freshman Peter Lucido made the cut. With a score of 491 points Lucido won the meet and broke the record. Lucido is expected to do well at State.
“If he dives like he did in conference he should place high.” Lucido’s older brother and coach Tom Lucido said. (shot by paige martinez and ashleigh jenkins)
