On Jan 22 the freshmen girls basketball team went up against Francis Howell high school at 4:30.
“I was a little nervous because I knew they were a good team but once I started playing the nerves went away,” Ann Heitman, defense and offense play, said.
By half time the score was 15-18. By the end of the game the score was 24-41.
“We could’ve done way better but we still tried really hard,” Samantha Alexandra, defense and offense player, said.
Their next game is on Jan 24 against St. Charles West at 4:30 at North. (shot by alyssa savage)
