9-22 JV Football vs FHC [ Photo Gallery]

On Monday Sept. 22 the Jv Football team played the Francis Howell Central Spartans. This was the Jv Knights second home game. The Knights came out with a loss. The final score was 20-7, Spartans
“I thought we played really good. It would’ve helped if offense connected. We passed and made a lot of good passes and a lot of good runs, but it just didn’t add up,” said Mike Doerge
The Knights scored their first touchdown in the second quarter. The Spartans scored their first touchdown in the first quarter. The Spartans also scored in the third, and fourth quarter.The next JV football game will be away, on Sept. 29 at Buchanan High School. The next home game will be on October 13 vs the Fort Zumwalt West Jaguar’s at 6:00pm.
“We can improve next game with practice. Practice plays, a lot more plays,” said Doerge.
