Eckhard and the other managers listen to one of the coaches as he reviews the basics of writing the scores. The boys were beginning Wrestle offs. Wrestle offs help coaches determine the different teams such as Varsity, JV and C-Team. It also helps them prepare for matches against other schools. The managers are in charge of keeping score during the matches. “The hardest part is learning all of the hand signals that the refs give,” Eckhard said.
