Dig It! Volleyball Inc. is an organization based in St. Louis, MO that helps low income girls in the St. Louis area learn about the sport of volleyball and teaches them to be confident and empowered young women. The girls meet throughout the week and every Friday to play games and learn about life skills. Caitlyn Vann, director of Dig It, works tirelessly to oversee the 153 girls the move through the program each year.
