On Aug 24, FHN held their first football game of the season against Northwest High School. During the first quarter junior, Cameron Lewis, scored the first touchdown of the game with senior, Jalen Fleming, scoring the second shortly after. The marching band and color guard started off the halftime show with varsity cheer and the FHN Knightline dance clinic performing after. The Knights fall to (0-1) on the season after falling to Northwest 34-14. “It felt great [to score] because that was my very first varsity touchdown I ever got, and knowing that I’m surrounded by other great receivers on the team anyone could of gotten that first one, I’m just happy I did,” Cameron Lewis said.
