Two JV golfers place in GAC tourney

The JV boys golf team tied for third place in their GAC tournament on Tuesday, April 7. Two of North’s players medaled, including Clint Toedtmann who placed third and Austin Klackner, who placed sixth.

“Clint is doing well right now,” coach Les Hager said. “He has medaled three times in his last three matches.”

The Varsity boys team has a match today, April 8, against Howell Central at 3:30 and the JV team has another tournament on Monday at 3:30. Both teams hope that the rest of the season goes as well as the beginning.

“I am looking forward to districts,” senior Brandon Lewis said. “That’s when you see if you go to State or not and that’s my goal.”
