On Sept. 25, the FHN Knights played against the FHHS Vikings. Before the game started, the team celebrated teacher appreciation night by having the players personally invite their favorite teacher to the game and hand out personalized softballs with compliments written all over. After that, the game started as the Vikings scored two points in the first inning, but the Knights followed behind as senior Maggie Majesky hit a double and scored sophomore, Lucy St. John, as the first run. The Vikings stayed in the lead the majority of the game; however, in the fifth inning, Majesky scored sophomore Becca Brissette, putting the Knights in the lead. In the end, the Knights won at the top of the seventh inning with the score 7-5 as sophomore, Audrey Sevier, had the winning line drive catch. (Photos by Kamryn Bell and Alexis Wade)
