What I’m Interested In: Sports Journalism

I started playing sports when I was 3-years-old, when my parents introduced me to soccer and baseball. I eventually found my passion for sports when I was 10-years-old. I started watching sports and started paying attention to stats, players and the histories of the teams, players and sports as well. I eventually started studying sports journalism the beginning of sophomore year, when I joined web staff in publications. The things I enjoy most are live streaming and covering the teams, games, athletes and stats. I found my passion for sports journalism after I live streamed my first softball game which I was a commentator and when I did my first sports beat which was on boys cross country. Sports Journalism has become one of my biggest passions.
