It’s impossible to always be happy. Not even the happiest of people can achieve it. “No one is happy all his life long,” Euripides once said. And that is true, but there is only one simple thing to do to help you become happier in a rough mood. You only must act as if your happy to become happy. It may sound a little difficult but it isn’t really. Try putting a smile on, a kick in your step, or improve your body language. It’s the simple things you do when your happy that need to be done while your feeling down to cheer you up.
