Happiness has its ups and downs. One week you may win king/queen of a
school dance and the next week you may have lost something very
important to you. The most important thing to remember when your day
or week is down in the dumps is that it could turn around in a
heartbeat. Relax yourself and make sure to think positive and things
will work out in the long haul.
Happiness has it’s loops and its bends that sometimes may leave you
feeling green or screaming from excitement, but remember that with
every hill your own track must climb you eventually will come out of
that dark tunnel. Listen to that old childhood story and “think you
can” to chug your way up that hill to happiness. With perseverance and
consistency, happiness won’t be available all the time but it will be
a lot easier to find and achieve it.
