The FHNtoday.com crew sat down with Varsity swimmer Jasmine Crawford for a small Q&A about her swimming career.
FHNtoday.com: How long have you been swimming?
Jasmine Crawford: “I have been swimming on and off since I was eight.”
FHNtoday: How long have you swam on FHN’s Varsity swim team?
JC: “Four years”
FHNtoday: What is your favorite thing about swimming?
JC: “No matter what mood I’m in I can go swim and afterwards I feel so much better.”
FHNtoday: What is your favorite experience on the swim team?
JC: “All of the friends I’ve made from swim.”
FHNtoday: What is your biggest accomplishment in your swimming career?
JC: “Getting my fastest time ever on my breaststroke my junior year.”
FHNtoday: What things motivate you in your career?
JC: “My mom and my coaches.”
FHNtoday: What do you do to ensure success?
JC: “I practice hard and push myself at meets.”
FHNtoday: What was the best part of the season?
JC: “GAC’s because by then we were all pretty good friends and it was really fun.”
