PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) will hold the first meeting of our school year this Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015 at 6PM in the conference room of the Main Office.

All parents/guardians of FHN students are invited to attend any of our meetings.  Feel free to come by!  Email contact :

All schools that participated in the Missouri Assessment Program End of Course Assessments have received score reports from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.  Francis Howell North will distribute score reports to students in homeroom by August 26th.  If you are interested in getting a copy of the Individual Student Report with your child¹s score(s) prior to this date, please contact Dr. Chris Birch at 851-5020.  As scores are distributed and reviewed, it is important to note:

  • The 2015 spring MAP assessments      represent the first time students were tested on new standards for English      Language Arts and Math, which raised expectations for learning in      Missouri.

The results should not be compared to previous results as these are new tests with different learning expectations.

Attention A Juniors & Seniors…if you would like to complete the 50-hour A tutoring/mentoring requirement this semester, you must attend the A TUTOR MEETING on August 17th from2:30-3:15 in the Auditorium.  Seniors, this is your last opportunity to sign up for an A tutoring placement!!!8/11,12,14 & 17

Francis Howell North Open House

August 18th 6:30 – 8:30

Francis Howell North staff wants to invite all parents to participate in our Open House.  This is a great opportunity for all parents to meet the outstanding faculty, gather information about course curriculum and class expectations, familiarize parents with student’s schedule along with the building, getting involved in the Booster Club and/or P.T.O., while have a chance to ask questions.  We, the staff, encourage parents to participate and look forward to meeting you at Open House.”

All-Knighter  –

All Senior Parents – join us every 3rd Thursday of the month at7:00 pm in the Commons for our monthly committee meeting.  A lot of work to be done before next June – join the committee, have some fun and meet other Senior parents by helping and giving input about the event.  Your opinion counts!
