Locally owned coffee shop, Picassos, has recently opened a new location in the Streets of St Charles complex. With condos, stores, and restaurants, the Streets was an ideal location for a coffee shop. Owner Chris Shulte was excited to build a new shop from scratch, and expects the new store to do really good.
