FHN’s Custodial Crisis Affects Many

Since the beginning of the 2022-23 school year, Francis Howell North has lost many of its custodial staff members. This has become a problem throughout the Francis Howell School District as well, causing the custodial staff do be stretched thin. Jeffery Fletcher discusses how he believes this problem is being solved and well as why it’s happening. In addition, Brenna Doss, a student custodian, and MaryBeth Lacrone, a head custodian, talks about how their job has changed since the decline. Finally, Hannah Snyder, A math teacher, proclaims how students have helped in this crisis.
