12 FHN Seniors Fill Varsity Spots in the Boys Soccer Team

The varsity soccer team has gotten off to a hot start with a record of 6-2 (stat updated as of 9/25). With the team starting out so well, they have set a new school record. One contributing factor is the 12 seniors on this year’s team.

“It makes it so much easier on the field and just playing in general,” senior Aiden Manthey said.

This start to the season doesn’t seem to be much of a surprise, as all the seniors have been playing with one another for multiple years.

“When we have all been playing with each other for two or more years, plus we know how each other plays and it gives us an advantage on the field,” senior striker JT Garbowski said.

FHN still has a good amount of games left but with the 12 seniors leading the way, we could see a season for the books.
