Students of various ethnic and racial backgrounds attend Francis Howell North, but the overall background of the teachers does not reflect this. Dr. Monica Perry and Dr. Brian Santos speak on the significance of representation as some of FHN’s staff members of color. Mr. Fletcher explains how greater diversity prepares students for their post-high school futures.
