Boys Tennis Has Their Last Day of Tryouts [Photo Gallery]

On Mar 1, FHN Boys Tennis practiced on the home courts, this being the last day of tryouts. To start off the boys warmed up by running laps and then stretched as managers Lisa Smyth and Kailyn Curtis set up equipment, such as ball hoppers. The team then split up, JV played doubles with each other and Varsity challenge matched to receive their rankings. “The team is looking really good this year. Even though it’s only the first week it’s obvious that everyone has gotten much better from last year. If there was a year for our team to go to state, I think this would be it,” Junior Max Fitzsimmons said.
