Your walking in the school halls or sitting in the office or even running to the bathroom and you see someone smile. You double-take. Is that person really smiling at me? Do I look funny? Is there toilet paper on my shoe again? The truth is that the person smiling at you just had received a smile a second earlier. It made them feel warm. Warm inside the heart. Seeing someone smile is like a trigger. It is a shot of joy, an almost indescribable feeling leading to a gaping grin on your face. To deflect the bullet from yourself is almost impossible so why not just smile back. Try smiling at someone else too. It takes more muscle and work to frown then to smile.
It is a way to enjoy life. It will make you a happier person. Smiling is one key aspect to finding happiness.
Stay Happy,
