“I thought it went great, I was really excited to see all the people who turned in items. I was happy to see everyone in the Christmas spirit, and I didn’t think it would go that well, but it turned out great,” Kelly Voyles said.
Voyles is then Volunteer Knights coordinator, she was the one who was in charge of the toy drive. The seventh hour who turned in the most toys won a pizza party. In first place Mr. Ochu’s class turned in three hundred and fifty items, and in second place came Mrs. Bartell’s class with one hundred and seventy four items. There will be a lot of happy kids this Christmas thanks to the students at FHN.
