On December the 9 Metal Club had their first meeting. The meeting lasted until 4 p.m., the meeting consisted of Moshing etiquette and the discussion of different Metal styles. Students who joined metal club all had a passion for the music style.

“I’ve always loved metal, I listen to it everyday,” freshman Mary Massa said.

The students listened to their favorite Metal bands including Mast Odon, Children of Bodom, Born of Osiris and Deth Clock. The students later listened to all the songs the mass picked and categorized them in the styles of metal.

“What made me join this club was my love for the music style,” senior Dan Bell said.

Members of the metal club later wrapped the meeting with the discussion of their next meeting which will include a lesson on crowd surfing. The next meeting will be in three weeks.

“I started this club because I love metal and I just realized all the different types of metal and I wanted to share that with others,” senior Christian Williams said.
