I went into The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson with preconceived notions about how it would be. Everyone has heard of it right? The scientist who makes himself into two people, one good and one evil. Well, it did follow my notions as far as plot, but the point of view really threw me for a curve. I am pleased to report, however, that I was indeed glued to the book from start to finish. The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde was much shorter than expected but definitely a good read. I had the privilege to see the play Jekyll and Hyde and it was very good, but the book is better.
