At the start of the new year I’m sure many of you had made resolutions or goals as I have in the past. This year I decided to do something different. I didn’t just make a goal, I opted to make a lifestyle change.
Everyone does something bad and harmful to themselves. Mine was eating unhealthy and junk foods. I also did as little exercise as possible and that is how I have gotten to where I am now. Now i look at myself everyday and wonder who this girl is, only now this girl is changing.
I no longer eat the way I used to and I work out multiple times a week. I’m not only doing this to look better but I am trying to have a much healthier life. After all this I ask just one thing of you, make a healthier and happier you. Cut out one sugary food a day or fast food once a week and you will be able to tell a difference, I know I can.
